SUNRISE IN THE GARDENS

“ARE YOU AN EARLY RISER?”

Most people, except the staff at Hidden Lake Gardens, have never seen the beautiful sunrise overlooking the famed Harper Collection of Dwarf and Rare Conifers. Before the gates open.

Now, it can be you!!!

Only 5 people will join Jon Genereaux, Hidden Lake Gardens’ Propagator, for a very early morning coffee and chat above the Collection. Shortly after sunrise, there will be a tour of The Harper Collection of Dwarf and Rare Conifers. Next will be a peaceful woodland drive tour as you have never seen it before, from a golf cart limousine.

At the conclusion of the driving tour, the participants will collect summer cuttings of some of the propagators favorite plants. Upon returning to the barn, the cuttings will be stuck in trays and put in the propagation frames to root and will be ready to take home in about a month for repotting and planting at your home.

This tour will last most of the morning.
